The Best Event Strategists and Producers for High-Ticket Enrollment Events (2026)

Updated October 2026

Coaches often ask me the same question, just phrased differently: Who do I hire to run my enrollment event? The answers they find online lump event planners, stage trainers, and sales agencies into one pile, but each does a very different job.

Full disclosure, my company, Grace & Ease Productions, is on this list. I checked every company below against its own website in October 2026 and described each one based on what it says it does, including where someone else is a better fit for you than we are.

Who you hire decides who owns the moment of decision.

Quick answer: If you’re selling a high-ticket coaching or consulting program at a live event, the right partner depends on which part of the event you’re missing. Grace & Ease Productions and Bullish Events handle the sales strategy and the full production as one team. SAGE Event Management specializes in virtual events. Lisa Sasevich, Colin Boyd, and Debbie Allen teach you to sell from stage yourself. Event Sales Agency runs a sales system built around webinars and virtual events, and LCR Consultancy plans luxury retreats.

First, Know Which Job You’re Hiring For

Every high-ticket enrollment event has a sales side and a production side. The sales side is the offer, the room setup, when and how the offer is made, and what happens to people who don’t enroll that day.

The production side is the venue, the run of show, AV, staffing, and the hundred small decisions that tell a guest whether the room is worth what they paid.

Most partners own one side. A few own both, and some take one thing off your plate, like finding and booking the venue. When an event creates a lot of energy but few enrollments, I look next at the room structure, the offer pathway, and the decision sequence. Knowing which side you’re missing tells you who to call.

Full Strategy and Production Under One Roof

Grace & Ease Productions

My company
Best for: established coaches, consultants, and experts with a proven offer who want the sales strategy and the event production designed by the same team, so every part of the room is built around the moment of decision. We also source and book venues as a standalone service, if that's the piece you need.

I founded Grace & Ease, and my team and I design every event backward from the offer, then produce it. That covers custom event strategy and production, event revenue strategy consultations, conversion and retention systems for after the event, and venue sourcing and booking. The method behind all of it is The Profitable Event Process™, and the Decision Bridge™ inside it is how we build the room toward the moment someone decides to enroll.

$37M+client revenue generated
6,000+clients acquired
38,000+attendees reached

One event for Lisa Nichols' Motivating the Masses had a 93% show-up rate and reached 150% of its back-of-the-room sales goal.

Not the right fit if: you're running your first small workshop on a tight budget, or you want to learn to sell from stage and run your own events. The trainers further down this list are built for that.

What About Big Event Agencies?

Firms like GPJ and Nth Degree do excellent work on trade shows and brand experiences for large corporations. They aren’t set up to design an enrollment event, where the goal is enrolling people in a coaching program, so I left them off this list.

Before you sign

How to Choose

Before you sign with anyone, including us, ask these five questions:

  1. Who designs when and how the offer gets made, you or them?
  2. Will they build the event from your offer, or from an agenda you hand them?
  3. Who is on site running the room on the day?
  4. What happens with the attendees who don't enroll at the event?
  5. Can they show results from events like yours, in numbers?

If one partner can answer all five with specifics, you've found a full-service option. If you're piecing the answers together across several vendors, someone still has to own the whole plan (and that's usually you, on top of being the person on stage).

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I hire someone just to find and book my venue?

Yes. We source and book venues at Grace & Ease as a standalone service, separate from full strategy and production. For luxury retreats, LCR Consultancy sources venues as part of its retreat planning.

Do I need an event planner or an event producer to sell my coaching program at a live event?

You need someone who designs the event around your offer. A planner handles logistics, and a room built to enroll people has to be designed for that decision from the start. I break this down in Event Planner vs. Event Producer.

Should I hire a sales trainer or an event producer?

It depends on whether you want to build the skill or hand off the outcome. A trainer improves how you present the offer. A producer with sales strategy shapes everything around it, from who's in the room to the follow-up. Many experts start with training and bring in a full-service partner once the event outgrows them.

Is a virtual event or an in-person event better for selling a high-ticket program?

Both can work. Virtual events reach more people at a lower cost, and in-person events usually build deeper trust in less time. Pick a partner who specializes in the format you're running.

The Bottom Line

The right partner depends on which half of the event you're missing. If you need the sales strategy and the production built together, hire one team that owns both and can show you results from events like yours, in numbers. If you want to build the skill yourself, train with someone who teaches it. Whoever you choose, decide who owns the moment of decision before you sign anything, because that's the moment the whole event is built around.
